ECORYS was founded after the merger of the Dutch companies NEI (Nederlands Economisch Instituut) and Kolpron Consultants (both based in Rotterdam) and the British company ECOTEC Research and Consulting. In 2009 ECORYS celebrates its 80th anniversary. We work with clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors and apply our expertise to improve the economic and social conditions of the countries in which we live and have our offices, the European Union and its neighbouring states, and finally developing countries.
